Hi, I'm Daniel!

Founder and Director of Fractional tech OÜ

Born in Pretoria South Africa into an Afrikaans family of 7 children, I matriculated in 1989.
I finished varsity in 1993 with an education degree. Unable to find a teaching role I ventured into banking, where I started as a Business Analyst. I progressed to Project Management while being outsourced via Bytes Technologies. I was employed at Shoprite for 14 years , moved on to a Freelancing job in Berkley USA and then Alshaya Group in Dubai, UAE. I then joined BMW for three years before I decided to take my passion to Estonia via Fractional Programme management to assist companies that cannot afford expensive overheads.
